Arrival and Departure

We would be happy to welcome you at “Guggis.” Our rooms are available from 3:00 pm on. If you arrive after 8:00 pm, please let us know in advance. On the day of departure, we kindly ask you to vacate your room by 11:00 am.

You are welcome to use our free parking space directly in front of the hotel. You can also reserve a garage space (directly at the hotel) for € 16.00 per day.
Dogs are welcome on request, we charge a cleaning fee of € 20.00 per day.

Pricing Information

At the Guggis we provide From - Prices, which can change depending on supply and demand. You will always receive the best daily price via our online booking engine. We will be happy to create an individual offer for you at any time.
The prices are per person per day including breakfast.
Our Loft prices are for four persons per day including breakfast.
Discount for children staying in their parents' room if they are accommodated on the extra bed.
The local tax of € 3.80 per person per day will be charged separately (children born 2009 or later are exempt).

Payment Methods

Our prices include statutory value added tax. You can pay your hotel bill by cash card (EC card), Visa, MasterCard or in cash. External services can be paid in cash or with a surcharge of 3 %.

To fix your reservation, we charge a deposit of 50%. You can transfer the deposit to the given bank account on the left or you can give us your credit card details (card number and expiry date). We accept Visa and MasterCard.

Cancellation Terms

Cancellations and Changes:

16.12.22 - 22.12.22 Cancellations made up to 14 days before arrival are free of charge. After that 90% of the booking price will be charged.
23.12.22 - 07.01.23 Cancellations made up to 21 days before arrival are free of charge. After that 90% of the booking price will be charged.
08.01.23 - 04.02.23 Cancellations made up to 21 days before arrival are free of charge. After that 90% of the booking price will be charged.
05.02.22 - 04.03.23 Cancellations made up to 30 days before arrival are free of charge. After that 90% of the booking price will be charged.
05.03.23 - 15.04.23 Cancellations made up to 21 days before arrival are free of charge. After that 90% of the booking price will be charged.

Non-arrivals and early departure will be charged with 100% of the booking price.
If your cancelled room can be rented to other guests at short notice, the cancellation fee will be waived for the duration of the rental.
Corona: A cancellation free of charge or a change of your booking is always possible if itensified measures will happen (like closure of borders, shutdown or closing of the hotel by the government).
Please note that the hotel is able to cancel your website reservation without giving any reasons within 24 hours after receiving the booking conformation!
